Nyyri lives in Finland. He works as a hunting and family dog.

Nyyri has a strong hunting instinct, a strong desire to retrieve and he is energetic and independent in searching.
Nyyri has been precocious and training him has been relatively easy with small repetitions.

Nyyri passed the Finnish retriever aptitude test at the age of 9 months with excellent grades and judge praise.
Nyyri was at the duck hunting few times during the -25 season.
Nyyri has also been tracking wounded deer and bloodtrack, demonstrating promising tracking skills.

Nyyri is tough by nature.
His guarding instinct is reasonable and he has an open attitude towards other dogs and people in everyday life.
Nyyri is a strong-willed young male who demands well-deserved authority and black and white from his handler.

Working together with his master is the best thing Nyyri knows!
